Store Policies

Please read the following policies before placing an order in the shop. By ordering, you agree to follow the policies below. Failure to follow shop policies may result in no longer being able to purchase future orders or a cancellation of current orders depending on the situation.

Rules on Resales

  • I do not approve of purchases with the sole intent to resell but resales of products that you purchased for personal use and decide you no longer wish to keep is allowed.
  • For new drops, I ask that you wait AT LEAST 4 weeks before reselling your item(s).
  • Resale or Proxy through Facebook is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in future orders being canceled.
  • I do not approve of mark up resale for profit.



Refunds & Exchanges

I do NOT accept refunds, cancellations or exchanges on orders. 

By purchasing, you are aware of this. This policy applies to both preorders and in-stock orders.

 

Shipping 

Orders are shipped through USPS. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping to be sent out and processed.

Delivery time will vary depending on your location, but all orders do come with tracking. Within the USA, it may take anywhere from 3-7 business days. Do understand that after drop off and processing, USPS may experience delays or deliveries may take longer than expected depending on holiday hours or world circumstances (ex. pandemic).

For International orders, please understand that customers are responsible for paying customs fees, taxes, and any other charges/fees from your country. These are not within my control. Please contact your local customs office for more information. International orders may take 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on your local postal service.

If an item is unable to be shipped to your country or you do not see your country listed for shipping options, please contact me through email ahead of time so that I may check if your country can be added.

At the moment, I am unfortunately not offering shipping to Germany due to the LUCID packing law restrictions.  I am also no longer shipping to EU and Northern Ireland due to the updated GPSR regulations. However I am looking into potential solutions and keeping this in mind for the future if there is enough demand!

 

Lost/Stolen Mail

I, unfortunately, have no control over packages after mail is dropped at the post office.

Please contact your post office if your package and items have been lost or stolen and follow the process through them.

Missing & Damaged Items

If you notice that your order is missing items or is damaged (NOT including the grading system of enamel pins/stickers or any freebie products), please email me with your order number and a photo of the items within 7 days of your package being delivered. I will do my best to ship items, replacements, or refund depending on stock.
